false advertising

There's a mob on tv here selling their remote computer control software, and one of their scenarios is:
"You're scaling Mt Fuji. Your boss calls and needs an order changed or you lose the contract. Its on your PC and you're at 15,000ft! You need gotomypc"...

One problem.

Mt Fuji is only 12,388ft tall.

If you can be at 15,000ft on Mt Fuji you don't need any software to control your computer from across the world!
