Step 1. Wake up late and feel the pain
Step 2. Stay inside until afternoon
Step 3. Go for a walk and bit of shopping
Step 4. Return for hot bath and wait for sore muscles to unsore-ify

Factoid: Every Seattle tourist spot sells some kind of coffee mug or thermos.

Hey Nick, how come the shot of Diana skiing she is upright, and the shot of you skiing you are doing a bum slide ? This must be the reason for your need for hot showers ???
